Charles and Laura have been ministering at the Cookeville FWB Church since 2010, where Laura is very active in the student ministry among the smaller children.  Along with a driving passion for serving God through local church ministry, Pastor Charles also enjoys teaching on-line courses in both the Philosophy and Biblical Studies divisions at Hillsdale College.  Charles’ other interests include family outings, wrestling with his two sons, Ethan and Owen, and a new found love of cycling.

Youth Pastor Mark Apple and his wife Lauren

Lauren and I love being able to minister to the students at Cookeville Free Will Baptist Church. Over the past few years we have been able to develop personal relationships with the students and are so pleased with their spiritual growth. If you or your children do not have a home church, I would like to personally invite you to check out our youth group. We are always getting geared up for our next event. VBS, Church Camp, Concerts and Service projects are some of my favorite ways to get to know the students.

A little about us:

We were married at CFWBC in 2011. I am self employed as a FedEx delivery driver. Lauren is a  youth services officer at the Putnam County General Sessions Judge’s office.
I enjoy playing church league softball while Lauren enjoys singing and playing music with others. We love our church family and the students we are able to hang out with on a weekly basis.
